It's not renegade specific. I got it as full Paragon. You have to choose "red/destroy" and have enough EMS. Three choices: destroy (Freedom): red, merge (Synthesize): green, control (Indoctrination): blue. Your choice really doesn't reflect on the whole paragon/renegade meter, just how much you actually complete and unlock. Edit: To clarify better. The availability of the choices (some people only get one or two) is directly connected to how much EMS you have collected. If you rush through the game and don't complete everything, your EMS will be low, limiting what choices you're given. You can get all three choices no matter what your paragon/renegade standing is. Your EMS also effects whether or not you will see the cut scene with Shepard breathing. If it is not high enough, you won't see it thus concluding that Shepard did not survive. But, the only option out of the three that Shepard has any chance of surviving is destroy/red, since the only risk to Shepard's life is being crushed by falling rubble. In merge/green Shepard is absorbed and control/blue Shepard is electrocuted to a crisp, completely destroying/killing their physical body.

@Sarok Honestly, you can argue that you die repeatedly in Nier Automata, since you're a copy of character's mind made some time before the death that was downloaded into a copy of the character's body, but that goes more into the nature of the soul than NieR did more than touch upon. 2B certainly seemed distraught that the version of 9S that went on the opening mission with her was gone forever because he didn't have time to backup his memories when he backed up her's before self-destructing with her, and, depending on the ending, the "original" instance of 9S still exists and left the planet.

@@ledumpsterfire6474 nothing we ever do is black or white. cheating on his wife isn't something he maliciously did. he fell in love with someone else, that happens. yes he should've been honest and parted ways with his wife but that's the modern way of thinking. just because he didn't divorce her doesn't mean he's a bad guy. the era in which the game takes place in, the social chatter that would surrounded him and his family around separating from his wife, the guilt he felt falling for someone else while at the same time knowing he would've regretted not making that choice etc. it's life and the game perfectly conveys how not every good guy is an angel and not every bad guy is a devil, but that doesn't mean the good guy isn't good and the bad guy bad.

Not to mention all xbox1 games can now be played on pc now because Microsoft did that. You also got the improved graphics and frame rates. Over all pc gaming gives you a lot more freedom because you aren't nailed down to one company or service.

Correction on the last ending for ME:3. The endings are dependant not only on your choice but how much support you gather to fight the Reapers. Shepard does theoretically live as you get a small, brief short cutscene if your rating is high enough. The scend is Shepard twitching his hand or fingers...granted its literally in space... More then that, I believe it was locked into the destroy ending? Forget. The most common ending is that of Shepard goin' to meet the reaper. Unless you stop before the final mission, play the Citadel DLC and consider that the true end. Shepards only real technical goal was to get support...which is handily accomplished.

Its not part of the main story but the Archer and Kestrel co-op story in Splinter Cell: Conviction. After cooperating on so many risky operations their final objective is a showdown with only a pistol in the cargo hold of a plane, leading one to kill the other. It was kinda rough seeing these two become almost brotherly in their co-dependent relationship as operatives taking on bigger and riskier missions only to have to kill one another as their final mission. The monologue of the dying operative and regret in the survivor really drives it home too.

After Dormin is resealed Wander is left as a horned baby that is then raised by the resurrected Mono. It is also heavily implied that he and Mono repopulate the forbidden lands and that is where the horned children from Ico come from.

I always saw Booker’s death as the only Bookers that died were the ones that would end up as Comstock. In Burial at Sea you play as Booker who was Comstock but abandoned it. I say that because at the end of Bioshock Infinite Booker goes to see if Anna is in her crib

I've never had a game hit me like BioShock Infinite did when you finally reach the ending there is so many mixed emotions about your character dying it is such a messed up ending but that's what makes the game good right

Another would be Atalier Meruru. It's set up so that you have too many quests to do in a limited amount of time. You die and have to start over, but then you get all the stuff you got at the end of the game plus some more time. It takes at least 3-4 tries to get to the first safe point, where things don't repeat.

Everybody's Gone To The Rapture, while not the most "game" game there is out there, spoilers, the ending was really dramatic and enigmatic, it wasn't very clear what happened but it can easily be theorized that "the rapture" is in fact some higher dimensional being(s) and everyone just willingly gives in to it and disappears. When I put it like this it feels flat but combine the great voice acting, the feeling of the game and the AMAZING graphics (best of 2015 by far, it was basically a huge CryEngine tech demo), it's an experience.
