Zucchini soup: I didn't add the cream/half and half for better freezing. Will add before eating. But is good without as well.

Sauce for Zoodles - I used tomatoes (pureed), onion, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms, a can of diced tomatoes, fresh basil, sweet and hot Italian sausage, and salt. I added slightly thawed zoodles to some sauce and heated in a saucepan until zoodles were tender.

When dumpster diving, just because it is cold when you found it does not mean it stayed cold. Where i worked it was taken to the dumpster once a day and kept in a box in the cooler so it didn't rot or stink until it went out. If it was found on a random shelf in the store then taken to the dumpster box it could have been out all day before someone found it. Eat at your own risk and hopefully you have never had food poisoning.
