29:11 you said it yourself. Basic omlette with bread is the best combination. That pathaan dish was a complete wastage of boiled eggs and omlette, The guy was randomly pouring gravies and made the dish far more worse and to top it off he added cheese, Even in ahmedabad that ghotala dosa was complete murder of normal dosa. Frankly speaking you should have tried authentic kathiyawadi cuisine. You probably need to go to Rajkot for that. Gujarati food in ahmedabad and surat is very different compared to saurashtra cuisine.

While coming to Mumbai from Surat. Do try food at 2 places on the highway. 1. Al Buraaq on highway, Vasai, next to Dmart. If facing Mumbai then, it is on the opposite side. 2. A little further up on the highway after crossing Vasai, towards Mumbai, do visit MUSAFA Dhabha.. try their Mutton Dabang. Ultimate!

Surat k log pure india me sabse jyada egg khate hai. Aap ne Surat ki vasu dumas rd ka hi food vlogs kiya but authentic kathiyawadi food u missed. For that u have to visit Varachha road to kamraj on full road both sides u will see so many restaurant n kathiyawadi food resto. Real test of Gujarat like rajkot, saurashtra, junagadh kuthch all citys of Gujarat test u will get Varachha road up kamraj. Now next time come n visit our real Surat test

All these paratha wala places in Surat are very recent and do not represent Surti cuisine at all and were not existing until ten years back. Surat is older than Munbai and has much more diverse food to offer. Atleast get advise local Surtis if you really want to explore traditional food of Surat.
