Can't play WoW comfortably without lots of CTRL/shift modifiers. Over the years all my keys have been narrowed down to be super close around WASD with modifiers and some bindings for mouse movement - if I need a hard to reach modifier while moving, like CTRL+X etc. Having more than two side buttons and holding down both LR buttons really makes a difference in WoW.
