Marina, I just want you to know that this practice saved me. My anxiety was so high and this day with school has been so laborious. I’ve been crying and so stressed. Feeling bad about myself that don’t gave my body exercise earlier today: only time infront of my computer studying. But this video plopped up and gave my body balance. I did the first two videos of today this morning, and was not sure if I would do this one as well, cause I felt tired and sore, but I was determined to complete the day and I’m soooo happy I did! This made my day 💯. Was totally down but right after I felt so good. I’ve saved it so I do it every time I need a reset and just want to stretch my body in order to feel good. My body prefers at least stretches or little movement in order to feel good. And this is a great flow for that purpose. Thank you!

Hi Marina! I found you on Pinterest, followed you to IG and found your post about needing routines and timetables before starting anything. This really spoke to me so I again followed you over to KZbin. I have never in my life committed to any exercise routine or class. I say I hate sport. This week I have completed this video everyday. I have struggled but reading through your IG really inspires me to keep trying because I know you are still trying too. Thank you so much. And I truly hope that you will love it and stick around much longer. You also chose not the easiest practice to begin with. So well done ! And finally...it is important to create a habit. Have you seen that I offer weekly schedules for all of you to follow so that you can have a better system. It is on my Instagram. I suggest you to commit to one moth of practice with those schedules - Level 1 for now. And then I hope you will not want to stop practicing. ever.

@@MarinaAlexeeva thank you for replying! Yes I saw your weekly schedules when I read in your IG post that they were in your story. I don't use IG very much so I took a screenshot as I didn't know if stories disappear or what they are. As a suggestion, you could post it on your page as others who are scrolling through wouldn't know about such a lovely and inspiring resource if I hadn't been reading your notes. This video is the first video on your schedule for level 1 and I really enjoyed the stretch so I planned to continue this one for a little while then move onto the schedule so I can improve some of these positions over time. Is that not a good idea? I understand yoga isn't a sport - it wouldn't be an event at the olympics 😂 but I've never continued any exercise until yoga so yay for your video! There are lots of pictures of you on pinterest. The one I found was a video of you demonstrating how to improve your forward fold. That one leads straight to your IG when you click it so great for you! So lovely to speak to you.

@@katebaillie9690 Oh wow on Pinterest !!! I did not know that ! It is absolutely fine for you to repeat the same video couple of days in a row - I think in the beginning you should do whatever is best for you so that you can build a habit and get used to daily movement. But it is also good to practice different poses and movements because our body learns and trains better this way ! For example every day I practice I do something different - one day it is backbends, the it is leg stretches, then it is strength and hips and so on. This is how I create schedules for you too.

Day 16 of Yoga challenge . It was the third practice a day, and it was really beautiful! I was so happy that it's gentle and calm, but after this whole upper body workout even downward facing dog pose was challenging!

Hello Julia ! First of all, congratulations ! Secondly, it is always hard to advise something as delicate online as I do not know you, your practice, health condition, your doctor's recommendations. If you are in your 2nd trimester hopefully you feel good and have a bit more energy ... This practice is slow and it does not have any difficult transitions and drills. So it might feel good to stretch. But you might still have to modify and monitor how you feel. However, I will recommend you to check prenatal specific classes as your body might require different kind of strength work. Does it sound good !?

My quad stretches journey🙏 On week 1: my feet are 4 inches from my butt. On week 4: my feet TOUCHED my butt!🎉 And i'm not forcing it, i just do it gentle like any other day and i got startled when i feel my feet poke my butt.
