45 min HATHA Yoga Practice: Traditional Yoga for Flexibility for Intermediate Level

Welcome to this 45 minute Hatha Yoga Class that is designed to improve your flexibility. This is a complete practice for Intermediate level that focuses on stretches for hamstrings and hips. This hatha yoga practice includes full body warmup, standing sequence and seated stretches. Standing sequence has a big focus on balancing poses like half moon, sugar cane and dancer pose. This practice will finish with a pigeon pose for a deep hip stretch. This practice has its challenging asanas that will require focus and concentration but at the end you will feel very relaxed and happy. This sequence was built to improve your flexibility and you will notice that.
Remember that consistency will inevitably bring results. Therefore try to practice 4-5 times a week to see some progress.
Get comfy, get ready and as you begin on this beautiful journey take it slow, listen to your own body and be patient.
