Is this a discount code thing?
@TomPetoTraining22 күн бұрын
@@sethfreeman64 no, but it is an affiliate link so Gravity know where people heard about them front. Their equipment is already very reasonably priced so I don't think they do many discounts.

yay! i'm always excited for the new calisthenics video. paralletes surely look alluring, might try them since i find myself doing push ups on my knuckles lately anyways. somehow couldn't find exactly those ones on Gravity web-site, maybe it's out of stock i also noticed we're reaching 100% but there is about 3 minutes left till the end of the video, not that big of a deal but wanted to point out. Thanks again Tom!
@TomPetoTraining2 ай бұрын
Hey, ye I prefer training with parallettes mostly. Easier on wrists and better range of motion. Just had a look, try putting ‘Gravity Fitness Travellettes Small Parallettes’ into the search tab on gravity website as that’s what they are titled as.

doing this a part of advent calendar, good reminder that i wanted to get paralletes lol

1 day behind but #6 Advent cal done! Thanks again Tom 😎 Was trying those step up climbers without paralettes and god do they make your wrists burn. I tried the reverse palm for the last set.

i was doing on my wrists and they definitely get fatigued faster so i moved to knuckles like Tom did in his other calisthenics videos, it works for me. I still do some exercises on my palms like pike push ups hto

@ try the mini parallettes, I have zero wrist pain using them and the neutral grip feels better for my elbows also

How funny - I’d thought of asking you what you thought of the Gravity Fitness pull-up bars and rings, but didn’t want to bother you 😊. Thinking of buying myself a Christmas present 😂.
@TomPetoTraining2 ай бұрын
The rings I use in my videos are from Gravity, I bought them years ago & still good so definitely recommend them. Use the link in this description if you do purchase something as helps Gravity know where people came from. Thanks

Question….i had a left knee replacement can I do the warmup standing?
@TomPetoTraining4 күн бұрын
Yes no need to kneel. Sometimes I’ll stay kneeling so I can get camera shot closer for a better lighting/picture quality

Most of my workouts have push up alternatives or modifications so don’t hesitate to try some others. Check out my Calisthenics playlist. Just avoid ones with intermediate to advanced in title for now.
