very simple and easy and so so boring doing only 5 excercises for so many rounds.....

@@Anue_Kronly 3 sets for each exercise. This is a very standard and efficient way to train! Do you want results? Or be entertained every minute? 😄💪

Thank you so much M. Crockford for this new work out. I really enjoy having you as partner to train at home, in Canada. I like those work out with dumbbells because they are the closest thing to going to the gym. I like your smooth tone of voice, your pace, and the tips and encouragement along the sets, and really appreciate that you don’t sound like a cheerleader on caffeine that doesn’t have an off button. Thank you for helping me keep in shape. You are my favorite on the net. You be safe and happy.

i loved how efficient that was! I didn't have a lot of time to sneak in a workout- but I did this and I feel great! Thanks for including a brief warmup and cool down!

You could, but I would suggest doing weights 4-5 x per week rather than daily. Maybe use my cardio or abs workouts in between this 😄👊
