Okay update guys, I have been doing this for the past 2 weeks. The first few days were harder, but as I progressed it became much easier. I have made alot of progress and can see muscle improvements, but especially in my abdominal muscles, quadriceps and hamstrings. I would recommend adding a couple excercises for the Biceps.

Finally I did it! Full workout done with just one pause in the middle. Trained for 6 months with 8kg dumbbell. Every time I skipped some parts. But today I did all of them. Thak you so much!

Nice way to start young. Don’t forget to eat with a diet too so you can support your muscle growth. Cut back on carbs and eat more protein.

Am 14 I been doing this 3 times a week in the morning and running for an hour after school every day for 5 months I tell you guys if you wanna build muscle keep doing it it helped me go from 93 pounds to 128 and am loving it it helped get rid of my anorexia now I have muscle and abs

Been looking at all the options for a simple approach that gets/keeps me fit. Lots of people SELLING different methods online, and I've done the gym thing but burned out on it. I'm saying to my self that HAS to be a better way to do this!! I've had a 30 pound dumbbell in my garage and a flat bench for quite some time. Your program is perfect amount of time and covers all the bases. M/W/F with what you shared and walk/sprints Tues/Thurs. Gonna get a 20 for my arms and other stuff. I look forward to getting back into weight training AGAIN next Monday, and doing it in a realistic and simple way. Thank You for sharing this!

A good change of pace workout for me. I did atomic sit-ups instead of the torso twist which are never effective for me. Used a variety of weights to push the workout a bit higher in intensity. Thanks! Put this in my Seconds Pro app and did two sets.

Had absolute no faith after the leg exercises, but i pushed trough only quitting at 2 of the exercises, cause i hit failure, but i kept my head up, and did the whole thing, even the stretches i am honestly proud of myself

Love it doing it the 3rd or 4th time the weight is increased from 7kg to 10kg but still a bit low for upper body as I went to 7 but rest of the workout it stayed 10kg feeling so pumped!

Did start the work out, I did the lunges and after it felt like I was gonna have some leg/thigh cramps, I had leg cramps before when I used to do track and field training and it was the worst ever feeling I literally couldn’t walk. So I took a breather and did the rest of upper body, I think I pushed myself a bit harder maybe that’s why I got thigh/leg cramps.
