She's an amazing plates instructor. Love her series. There are some bad edits on this episode with missing alternate side exercises.

Does Monica have only this series? I have tried a lot of Pilates video workouts and very, very few are as balanced as this series. Most Pilates videos are either too much or too little (in terms of challenge). This series is a solid intermediate challenge. Aside from Winsor Pilates and this Pilates series I haven't yet found any others like them.

I have been doing the first workout for a couple of months and was going to start a new one today and I see you've added another workout! I am going to try the others as well, but keep adding new pilates workouts, they are amazing! Really effective!

Hi Monica, I really like all of your pilates videos on here and i do them regularly, but it is frustrating that you do completely different amount of reps (of lots of the exercises) on both sides.
