Enjoy all three of the Pilates workout with Monica...Took several months for me to find you as there are numerous core exercises but many are for beginners.. I personally would like to see a few more back and shoulder routine with weights...I do Pilates with you every second day..Thank You

Great sequence. I particularly liked how you give a modification to each exercise. Also I liked the ending stretches where you pointed out specifically where we should feel the stretch. Thank You !!!

weird comment but..I'm glad that she has a large chest aha i've been trying to do more pilates and yoga workouts but always feel weird or like i'm not doing it quite right because my big chest gets in my way. glad to see an instructor with one, makes me feel like i'll get better and will be able to breathe around 'em someday well enough to do these moves well

thx for this video: just had a critical look on the soft weights using for biceps curls and so on. probably not usefull for hypertrophical activity!

Hi Monica, I really like all three of your pilates videos on here and i do them regularly, but it is frustrating that you do completely different amount of reps (of lots of the exercises) on both sides. Especially on this video - on one side, there were 10 reps, on the other side there were 26 reps.

The instructor should focus more on alignment of her student, rather than doing the class herself. I noticed the student's alignment was off in many of the poses/sequences which could cause her injury and even to the person that is watching this video if they are unfamiliar with what the proper alignment should be. Just sayin'

This workout is hardly core-focused. It is improperly titled, in my opinion.
