I really love this series, at about a week in. Laura is like pure sunshine. :) I stumbled on the series after doing some of her other yoga routines. I'm a huge fan of the dynamic, hybrid nature. I'm a new mom (again) and love the feeling of a great workout without too much impact (for the sake of nursing). Plus my infant son is entertained at the sight of it all which ultimately means I get my workout in. He hasn't been that way with other forms of working out, and other forms of yoga just weren't cutting it. Thank you for this wonderful free resource!
