I really enjoyed this yoga stretches because I love yoga 😊 yoga keeps me calm and more focused and entergized ! My least favorite is happy frog because I tend to get stuck there ! However the snug variation I feel so peaceful and I can just lay there and relax !

I absolutely loved this flow. I cannot get enough stretches for hips down... lower body is always tight. I know this might sound weird, but I LOVE hearing your little giggles in the midst of all your videos... for whatever reason, it always makes my day 😁 so keep being you, girl. you're one of my favorite gals to practice with✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼😘
