OMG!! This workout kicked my butt. I slowed down the speed a bit and used 1lb weights--perfect! 20 minutes was time enough for the sweat this gave me. Keep em coming Claire.

Burner! Love it! I used 3# dumbbells and was able to do everything- had to slow tempo on a couple of the arm movements because of a shoulder injury, but all in all, it was great! The most challenging part was not tripping over the toy my dogs kept dropping on the rebounder during the workout 😂 Thanks for all the great content! ❤

This was definitely not a walk in the park. I would consider it advanced. I alternated between 1 and 2 pound weights. I definitely was sweating, my heart was pumping and I loved it!

Thank you for sharing this class with us Insta followers. I've been bouncing for years, am fairly fit and this was DEFINITELY advanced for me. I started with 1kg weights, dropped to 2lbs but used 1lb for the static extended arm hold to the side. Amazing how heavy these weights feel when we bounce. 💪🏼🥵 I had a hard time keeping up with your pace on my bellicon w/strong bungees but that doesn't bother me. I also appreciated the "non-cardio" strength moves at the end. I'm a sweaty mess and loving it...thanks again!! Looking forward to exploring more of your classes. 🦘🤩

2nd time doing this but did not use weights due to a strained muscle. Still got a fabulous workout and I'm sweating like crazy. This is what's great about San Fran rebounding, you can modify to your own style and still reap the benefits. Thanks as always Claire.

Today I accomplished this workout. I used 2lb weights. I worked out in air conditioning and under a ceiling fan and the sweat was dripping down my face! Thank you for another great workout.

Thank you and you will love them our Powered Up series that starts in March. It’s a compilation of 4 classes that are between 10-16 Mins long and are a mixture of rebounding and weights. They are based as an intermediate to advanced level. New workout out tomorrow to that if you have longer is also a great one. 40 min rebounding symphony and that is a full body workout with bands and weights to 🎉🤩

Today was a weight day. Started with this favorite weighted bounce routine. I used two pound dumbbells for this one because the moves are fast and that’s plenty when one is bouncing at the same time. This brings on the sweat. ❤️❤️❤️💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

This is the first thing I did today! I started with 2 pounds and had to switch to 1 pound halfway through. I do lots of strength training, but when I do it while rebounding, it kicks my butt. I loved it and yes, I did have air-conditioning. I would definitely say this was leaning towards advanced. Thank you Claire and Scott❣️

Love these longer holds to one move. very challenging - since I’ve been doing your workouts all year through COVID since I got my cellusizer, I was ready for it. I admit the first time through I didn’t use the weights because I don’t have any! might try this with soup cans or something ;). (disclaimer: I’ve returned to the gym and Ido all my weight things there)

Another first today. 🎉Definitely advanced for me , had 1.5 kg as i don't have smaller and that was enough. I couldn't even raise a smile let alone my arms at the end. 😂But i love a challenge and will definitely do this again as i slowed down in places...but I finished it. 👏👏👏

Whew! this was really intense. I have an issue with my right shoulder so a lot of the overhead moves I omitted the weight in my right hand but not my left. Do you think that is the right thing to do? Thanks again!

Morning Juanita. Maybe just take out the weights altogether because you don’t want the other side of your body to try and compensate and then put pressure on that side to.

Here's me...😁 💦 after doing this workout! Omg...what a fantastic workout! I used my 1.5 lb egg weights for the cardio portion and my 2.0 lb weights for the toning and let me tell you, it was definitely enough resistance! And the pace is perfect! Yay! Now on my favorite list! 🤩✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️!
