OMG! I did this today after doing the BEST 25 minutes rebounding for two weeks, I almost quit but I persist! 🤣 what a workout! I will continue for 2 weeks until I find another one of your wonderful videos 🙂

OMG! I need a nap now. Excellent and loved it. I used 1 pound weights. After 2 1/2 months of rebounding my body Is firmer and even my boyfriend said that. I told him it was rebounding. I’m a sweaty mess and happy now.

This is a great format!!! Goes fast and I love the squats for rest period. I was thinking about adding wrist or light hand weights and 2 minutes later you said the same thing 😂👍🏻

thank you! love your videos. I was rebounding in 2020 with your videos and just recently started back again when I learned I can't run anymore. Thanks for reliable, great rebounding workout! I like the intermediate/advanced ones. I added weights to this on my first try and only put them down for the twisting and straddle segments.

Claire, you are amazing, I keep watching you, trying my best to copy your bounce, just not happening. ..yet. You look like you are doing the moguls on your short skis, just amazing. So I will keep trying to get better, this is hands down my favorite rebounder exercise. I try to do 3 per week, the benefits are already showing with reduced cellulitis on the back of my thighs and overall much tighter and muscular thighs. Keep up the impressive work

This was tough, but doable. I did not go to the kitchen for a cuppa and leave you alone. I hung in there for the whole thing. I like the way you changed the 2nd minute to doubles. This was tough, but I loved it❣️

Wow Claire, Was this ever the BOMB! 2 mins was long but in a good way. I get messed up on the diamond jacks but I make it work still push on and harder and sometimes faster. Loved every ounce of it! Loved the squats-just when you think you've caught your breath another 2 comes up. What a great one!

Hello from London. I’ve done this workout quite a few times and have just tried for the first time with 1kg weights. Wow, that completely changes it. It was seriously tough. I managed to finish, very pleased with myself. Thanks again.

This one was my first intermediate workouts. I grabbed my 2lb gloves and then decided against them, thank gooodness! 😅😅😅 I will be adding them in the future when I am ready! 😂 I really loved this one, especially the squat “breaks”. TY!!

OMG!!! You had me at those skis! I thought my arms were going to fall off. This was seriously a great workout. I'm sweating like crazy andy my average HR was 146BPM!

Hi, flabby Spiderman again, the proverbial bad penny! 😂 I thought I'd try this to supplement the two half hour zoom and one live one hour rebounding classes I do a week. I'm sweating like a pink porcine thing but I'm actually pretty pleased with how it went, thanks Claire, great workout as always!

We have a circuit with weights and a bands and weights class to. I will join you today in sweating like a pig as it’s incredibly humid in Mexico at the moment. @@sanfranfitness I haven't tried any more advanced ones lately, the last time I tried an advanced rebounding workout from a remarkable instructor called Vikki Gamblen, I very quickly realised that I wasn't nearly fit enough for that, I lasted about ten minutes! 🤣

@@jonathanbignall1198 I was taught by Vicky when I first started rebounding 🤩 remember tho you can always adapt workouts to suit you and if it’s a KZbin session you can actually slow dow the pace of the video to suit your speed. Hope this little tip helps 😊
