You asked what I liked about this workout and I have to say I like everything about all of your workouts! If it’s not my fav it’s because it’s more challenging so I think I need it more! Thanks for all you do to make fitness so fun for so many of us!! You are amazing!!!

I like all the weighted arm exercises as I'm trying to strengthen my shoulders and arms! Loved it!

this was a good one to come back to after being sick. Knew I'd be too breathless to do full body stuff but was keen to just get moving. Perfect! Thanks! :) And I love a back to basics, especially doing early morning workouts, sometimes my brain isn't ready to do crazy combos.

Really enjoyed this! I’m so glad you do these ones with upper body/lower body split. I was warming up for a full body workout instead when I got some very loud Not Today Please warning noises from my knee - so I came to do this instead. I feel like I still got a good sweat, without aggravating my knee!

I IKE THE BACK TO BAsics. I think we spend more time exercises because you don't have to explain the moves. Thank you for the workout.

I definitely prefer a more high intensity workout 😂 and I am looking forward to longer workouts again. 25min doesn't seem long enough to get a good sweat on😅
