Really enjoyed this! I’m so glad you do these ones with upper body/lower body split. I was warming up for a full body workout instead when I got some very loud Not Today Please warning noises from my knee - so I came to do this instead. I feel like I still got a good sweat, without aggravating my knee!

I definitely prefer a more high intensity workout 😂 and I am looking forward to longer workouts again. 25min doesn't seem long enough to get a good sweat on😅
