I found this channel absolutely accidentally, and I'm loving every second of these workouts. They are fun, energizing and most importantly - I'm not bored but actually WANT to make the workout.

I really don't know how you do it. I should know better after all this time, but any fears of needing more after an Amy 25 min workout are completely unfounded. AND you keep it so fresh and man was that awesome. Thank you queen of efficiency and effective(ity)!! So eternally grateful to you

Thanks for making these short workouts where even the warm-up and cool-down are (more or less) included in the 25 minutes! I have a playlist of them for days when I am very low on motivation or time, and it really helps me to stay in good habits. Coming back to strength work after about a month of not much apart from light cardio for various reasons, and this was just what I needed! Thank you.

Just did this one for a second time around!! It was just as great as the first time, maybe even better. I used my 15 lb weights for some of the moves and wow did I SWEAT!! Thanks Amy!

This is my first workout after completing your postnatal fitness guide. I had my baby in July and that guide was incredible at restoring my core and building back up! I was SO excited to be back doing kettlebell swings and bonus moves with you for this!!

Loved this to start the new month! I had to stand to do the floor exercises bc I fell a few days ago and scuffed up my knee ... so getting down is a chore. Either way ... Great workout!

Warm up and cool down does Not need to be included in the 25 minutes. I love these shorter classes because I can go Soooo much heavier and still keep good form at the end....even for the bonus move! And, heavier weights also = more cardio!!!! Keep up the great classes, Amy.
