I REALLY LOVED THIS format. The mobility to get our bodies warmed up then strength to power was AWESOME. Also it’s CHALLENGING to get it all in in 25 minutes . I enjoyed doing blocks too!😊

I really like the under 30 min workouts. You manage to get the whole body worked in a short time. The blocks of focused intervals is my favourite format! It was fun to have the challenge of compound moves. That makes the time go by faster. This one is going in my 'to be repeated' playlist. Thank you Amy for making workouts doable in format and length❤

Grab your dumbbells and lets go! Start with a bodyweight mobility warmup with 50 second intervals, then grab your weights for 45 second intervals of strength, then finish with 40 second intervals of power and bonus cardio. Options for all levels

Great workout! I have problems with my knee caps so the alternatives you offer make your routines doable for me. However I sometimes forget what the moves are. Would you consider putting a window on the screen showing the other moves? Thank you Amy for all you do for us!!

Whew! I was drenched at the end! I found it hard to find the correct form on the swing with one leg back, but I just did a normal one at the end. Probably didn’t help that my three y/o kept making requests during the explications. 😅 Once again the time flew by. Thank you!!!

Amy, enjoy the No Repeat exercises for various reasons. Mainly, you don't have to worry about repeating a move you dislike.
