This is one of my favorite workouts! Would love more 25-30 minute resistance band workouts! Loved the upper body part- upper body was on fire!

Wow, those mini bands are tougher than I imagined! This was a great total body workout especially if you don’t have a full hour to devote! Awesome!

@@FitbyLarie this mini bands are awesome. I was with my eyes closed in a lot o pain squeezing my arms up and down with all my strength and. When I opened, I was moving only 1 inch up, 1 inch down🤣

Larie Thank you for amazing pregnancy exercises💕. I was looking exactly for something like this👍🏻! Im in my 16 week and I really enjoying this and feeling the burns. I can choose slow or faster excersise depending on my day 😊

Also, when doing videos not labeled “prenatal” just a friendly reminder to keep your TVA activated by giving the baby a gentle hug up (we don’t want any unwanted pressure on the midline of the tummy/ linea alba tissue - so no coning, no tenting!) Keep up the great work momma, you rock! ❤️🙌

This was totally awesome 👏. Arms and shoulders death 😀. I combined it with a 30 minute toning workout which was mostly lower body focused so I decided to work my upper body too. Thank you, Larie 😊😊!

It depends! For some yes and for some it may be too much. Be sure to keep your TVA activated in the bird dogs. Same with the plank walkouts/inchworm (there’s not a lot of reps so you could skip and continue on with the previous exercise) Later on we go into one legged deadlifts which challenge your balance. I cue to brace your other hand on a wall for support but you could always keep the back foot planted in a B-stance as well. Same thing when you Hoover the back foot in the reverse lunge. Hope this helps ❤️

Nooooooo 😭 the biggest downfall of latex bands is that they lose their elasticity and they break sometimes. Typically they don’t break unless they’ve gotten a lot of wear and tear (at least from my experience) If you just got them I would reach out to the manufacture to see if they would replace it! I know how bad this sucks! 😢 what brand are they?
