Thank you for doing this! I used to be a regular and the gym and was really happy to find pregnancy safe workouts that I can do during my pregnancy ❤ I love how I feel afterwards! You’re a great coach and motivator!

I’m only 6 weeks and I’ve dropped the ball on workout before I got pregnant, it’s been so hard to get back into it especially with the fatigue and nausea but I love these videos, they really give me the motivation to be consistent. 🙏

This is my new favorite leg workout! I'm in my second trimester and it was so challenging in a good way. Trying to get used to a growing body and I loved what you said about being our STRONGEST at our heaviest instead of our weakest. NEW GOAL 💪

This is great for anyone, prenatal or postnatal. I definitely felt like the modifications were just right and needed without being pregnant! Lindsey is a beast either way! So stinking strong and motivating!

im in the end of 1st trimester and feeling nausea but i push myself to do yout workout everyday without miss. and now im feeling strong and great. before pregnant i get used to workout and do strength training during my pregnancy i dont want my body feeling lazy and spoilt so i did yours and its really awesome workout

I'm not pregnant and this was a great workout today. I was feeling kind of blah and didn't want to do one. I modified the chest round by just being on the floor in bridge. Did the rest of the exercises as instructed and i can already feel my arms getting sore!

It is actually just a belt to hold my mic and protect it from sweat!

I typically use a stability ball or bench for chest presses during pregnancy but if that still isn't comfortable you could sub incline push ups!
