What a super lesson! Many of your commonly misspelled words also featured in my three part series on the same subject. However, making it a three part series wasn't beneficial. The interest wavered off after the fist lesson.

Awesome!! I love your lessons. Great and clear pronunciation. Natural, nice and easy to follow videos🤗 Congratulations!! Also I'm happy to see British people also confuse some of these words just like me 😅 Although I don't understand what's the problem with "Restaurant" 🤔 By the way......sorry but I have to admit I cracked up with your mistake while pronunciating "Sixth". It's impossible to say it right!!! 😅 Hugs from 🇪🇸😉

I would have written EMBARRASSMENT and ACCOMMODATE with only one R and M respectively. I thought the word MISCHIEVOUS should be pronounced with the accent on the second I instead of the first one, and I made a similar mistake putting the accent of the word MINUSCULE on the first U instead of the I. Finally I did not know that the X in XYLOPHONE should not be pronounced KS.

I was taught to help spell “necessary” to remember it by using a mnemonic “never eat cake, eat Salmon sandwiches” N E C E S S (then “ary”at the end). The one I get wrong is FOREST I often put a second R into FORREST which is wrong. Embarrassment I recall for “two r’s in your ass” which helps get the word right. For accommodate I remember using “a cc of mm helps you live”. Mischievous I remember as “Miss Cheave E Ouse” which helps get the letters right.
