You are welcome! Not necessarilly! Some of them work just fine with appropriate outlets..however, in many cases they have to install systems to step don the voltage (e.g. voltage converter )

My take on this: I come from western Kenya but born and raised in Nairobi. For me, the home in the village should not be a replication of the life I live in the city. It should be something different. I would prefer to have a 'country cottage' type of life in the village. In fact if I could, my preference for my village home would be something akin to the log cabins common in parts of the US - rustic living.
