Donate plasma is another good one for those that are not fearful of needles. You don't pay taxes on it either. Make about $500/mth. You'll call your local plasma center and schedule an appointment for new donor physical.

When I was in college, a friend and I used to detail large yachts in Seattle. Without question, this was the most profitable summer job I ever had. Period. Boat owners are an interesting group; they are so used to dumping tons of money into their boat that they don't even blink at a charge of $30+/ft for a 40-foot boat. It was insane how much we charged for minor things we added to the base price. Rainex instead of Windex. Extra. WD40 on all the hinges. Extra. Everything was extra. Start up costs were way below $500. All the boat owners had products they wanted used. Including pressure washers, vacuums, even sponges. So we used their stuff to clean everything. The one thing to keep in mind is that even though the boats are big, the interior space is not. Worth looking into if you live near a large marina.

Dumpster diving infuriates me because people throw away quality items. I have at least 10-20 magazines and compact discs that were brand new but were tossed that I got from the dumpster at Boarders. We throw away far too much in this country.
@WHITE11WIZARD2 жыл бұрын
I agree 100%, and here's a very valuable tip. I used to have my workshop/office in an industrial park and it was unbelievable the stuff I pulled out of those dumpsters and sold. Brand new merchandise!

Here's the awful truth....we start with disposable stuff like utensils, phones, income, etc. But when we start acting like people are disposable we are in great danger of collapsing our society and it has been happening for years already.

If you have trees that need cutting down or have been cut down, you can get a log cutting/splitting machine or an axe and sledge hammer with a log splitting wedge and open up shop for selling firewood Another side hustle worth considering is collecting scrap metal people put on the sidewalks for trash collection. Copper and cast iron are probably the best metals you can get.
