Jacob Brent mentioned in this song, Old Deuteronomy is scolding the cats to not make fun of dogs in his stream and i find it funny 😆

You seriously had to cut it right before the final note?

This musical is a love letter to cats.

A cat's entitled to expect these evidences of respect so this is this and that is that and that's how you address a cat.

This song is an instructional manual. I dare not think of what the film has made of this song. Can Julie Dench capture the poetic grandeur?

Hi it's me Amanda Tucker Ken page is a beautiful singer I have a feeling that in this song old deteromy is telling the cats to address all cats no matter how different they also telling them to look past what they see try not to judge so easily cuz they may believe it or not all cats are the same for they all are special in their on ways and they don't have to be perfect just themselves.

YES! His voice is my favourite in this musical. It’s so commanding, authoritative and beautiful at the same time (especially at the end when he hits that very high note -for a man). Truly one of a kind. His acting and his voice truly encompass the character of Old Deuteronomy and make the message so much more poignant!
