Don't feel too bad about your hair or your teeth: most kpop idols wear fake hair (extensions, fake bangs, whole wigs, etc), and wear veneers (which consists in mutilating their real teeth underneath. It's not reversible and can be botched for life, so think very long and hard before making that decision...)

I would like to add one more tip. Try adding vegetable juice in your diet (not fruit instead eat them). Vegetables like beetroot,ash gourd, carrot, bottle gourd etc. It keeps you hydrated, gives youthful look,makes you skin glow etc. (Don't drink everyday) your tongue may not like it but your body and skin thanks you
