We pretty much use only three different ones, salt, pepper and steak seasoning. Our salt is thousands of years old already. The pepper we grind. The steak seasoning is pretty much salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder .....

Never heard of powdered white vinegar. Yep salad dressings, marinades. Sprinkle on potatoes with s&p.

Best pice to buy affordable spices, ready? Mexican Markets. Super affordable. Get some mylar bags, o2 absorbers and you're good! It's worth it to me, this is easy enough for me to do. The meals, I rely on the professionals for help but spices I have a good hand on!!!
