jess_athome I’m thinking of starting selling on eBay but I’m feeling intimidated on the process of registering my business and getting license since I don’t want to use my home addresse. I’m seeing that people are using a virtual office address. If you don’t mind sharing, what address did you used when getting your business license. Thanks for any input you might have a knowledge to share.

I love your videos. I am a guy and I have the gender preference problems, aka electronics and tools etc. But I am trying to get educated on clothing brands (male and female), and you are my most authoritative source. Keep up the great work.
@Curtishardy095 жыл бұрын
Men’s clothing is easy. Start with a few brands and build on your knowledge base as you go along. If you shop thrift stores you can look each item up that interest you. That way you know what it sells for before you buy. It’s tough to do that at garage sales. So start at the thrift and then when you see the brands you know at a garage sale you will know to pick it up. Women’s clothes are tougher because there are so many brands. But you can learn them the same way.

Do you keep large clothing items like puffer jackets in your bins, or are they hanging up somewhere until they are sold? Your videos are amazing, and I especially appreciate that you put the photos up while you talk about the items. That visual is SO much better than listening to a verbal description, thank you for that extra work in the editing process!

Just want to say I like your channel. I sell used car parts on eBay for years now and I’m amazed at the price you got all those grills at. I just binge watched like 20 of your videos and I gotta say I have to learn more about clothes. Something I have not sold regularly but if you can get them at $1 and sell for $50 that’s a no brainer! Not sure I will be as successful as you but you have opened my eyes.

Hang in there. I was stuck at that level for a few months, just keep listing and it will magically start to increase. I promise. Study several sold items that are similar to yours then price your at a high average. You are just as good or better than those other sellers. Your items will sell. Try not to get in a hurry or panic cuz once the dam breaks open you will be so busy.

I’m back after watching more of your videos! Great stuff you got, I think this will really help me out branching out and selling new categories on eBay so thanks again! Hey with your car parts one tip I have for you. If you are selling rims, wheels, grills, chrome, or any part with customization (part that makes your car stand out) it has always helped my sales to have a before and after picture. For example, here is the stock grill with Pic. Now check it out the pic after part installed(or have after market part right next to OEM so buyers can compare). I also buy lots of auto parts on eBay and I need that visual(most guys need that visual verification the part will look great on their car/truck before buying). Anyway thanks again for the clothes info!👍

@HustleatHomeMom4 жыл бұрын
I have templates for all my coats and sweaters - sometimes they're under a pound, sometimes they're over and need to ship in a padded flat rate. So I average it out by charging a flat $6. :) I shipped this coat in a padded flat rate, which cost me $7.52, a little off but not by much. Calculated shipping gives the buyer the most expensive cost in my experience, which is why I like putting in my own shipping costs. Thanks!
