Watching your video to try and get an idea of what I'm doing wrong in Crash 4 in a lot of the jumps and stuff, losing lives like crazy to bad jumps. I get what it is now due to watching an expert. Unlike the trilogy, Crash 4 is less about timing your jumps and more about precision platforming. This is what probably messes up older fans of the series and causes them to leak lives when playing Crash 4:IAT. Also only 11 hours is amazing, have a like.

This game is exactly how a sequel should be made. It has the complete essence of the old school games, but even better improved. Tons of new mechanics without changing the essence. I think all the game companies should learn how to improve a game keeping the essence intact with this one

I do agree with you. But at the same time this game has a lot of flaws that could really be ironed out for the next Crash game. But yes the game is fantastic and has improved on a good handful of things while also feeling like a true Crash Bandicoot game. Now I just really hope they can do the same thing for Spyro... Spyro's remakes have already lost a lot of the original essence as it is so... 🤷🏻‍♂️ Who knows, I bet they can make a great new game regardless.

Which angers him to his very soul since they could’ve at least made it 69 lol 😂😂 But in all seriousness, I wanna know who in their right mind decided you needed 456 gems, all the relics & all the other collectibles to justify getting every last ending! For me, 100-something % completion in Crash is already difficult in & of itself, and I just find Spyro’s gameplay & completion to be way easier to comprehend than Crash.

@@Fireyninjadog I’d say so as well. It’s short, but that’s the beauty of it. But in my experience, the Crash games kinda overpopulate my sense of schedule, meaning that (while it’s NECESSARY to 100% complete) it makes me worry about if I’m completing the game right. When I go to 2 or 3 different levels in the original Crash games where I miss boxes, it makes me worry & makes 100% completion with backtracking kinda overwhelming. I don’t get nearly the same issues when playing Spyro. I played the Reignited Trilogy & only ran into issues like that a few times, only because I knew I’d have to pay Moneybags in Spyro 2 & Spyro 3 just for new characters or new tutorials.
