Praise the Lord for healing through the carnivore lifestyle. We've been carnivore for almost a year. No ups and downs in energy level, no anxiety, no hot flashes, my husband is 50 lbs down and I have lost 42!lbs, aches and pains gone, eyes have improved and blew my eye doctors mind, tartar gone from our teeth, strength increased and no cravings. God is so good!

Heidi, I just wanted to let you know how great i think these videos and your channel is. As a Godly homemaker and mother of 3 (5 and under) your videos, inspiration, direction and teachings are wildly valuable to me. You keep me reminded that God is in control and that I need to stay close to HIm and His WORD. Thank you! (I would love it if Sabrina shared this comment even though its not a question! I think Heidi deserves recognition for all her hard work.)

Yes! I have a zillion comments I could make, but I won’t. 😂 We love carnivore! My top 3 benefits: 1. my rosacea is almost gone! I’ve had it for 24 years plus zits and the occasional under the skin cystic acne. My skin is amazing now! 2. My doctor has been able to lower my blood pressure meds to just 1/2 a pill!!! High BP is all over my family and I thought I’d be stuck on meds the rest of my life! 3. I have sciatica pain down my left side in my lower back and butt cheek. It’s gone!!!! ❤🎉😮. Also, I’ve lost 13lbs and we’ve been eating this way since April.

To those new to carnivore- Carnivore diet cured so much for me! I update this list as time passes so it is always up to date, newest items at bottom of list. I have been zero carb carnivore for 11 months. * No more perimenopause- completely reversed! *Period cycles all timed perfect with 4 week intervals. And no PMS symptoms, but only the actual menstrual cycle itself! *No more night sweats *No more waking every 2 hours at night! *It used to take me 20 minutes or longer to fall asleep at night when I would first go to bed at night- before carnivore. Now it takes like a minute or less. Haven’t noticed since I am out fast! *No more life long eczema *No more cold hands (may have been Reynold’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more cold body temp in general! Used to feel like a reptile - only warm in texas sun. (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more IBS symptoms (gas, bloating, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea) *No more feeling low energy by 12pm and zombie by 4pm *No more purple looking hands in winter (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more brain fog *No more arthritis that I felt in hands, knees, and hips- or elbows *used to have sore hips when sleeping on my side. No more! *Lost 45+ pounds from former baby weight and peri menopause weight. *Always had 20/20 vision with slight stigmatism- but in March doctor said my stigmatism is reversing! *Don’t sunburn as easily anymore and tan well. *Wrinkles around eyes seem to be much less. I am 46 and look like I am in early 30’s. *Gums look super healthy. Dentist seems irritated as my teeth are not dirty when cleaning every six months. Think they know they won’t make money off me. *No more sore chest from monthly periods- no swelling feeling of fullness or discomfort that prevented me from sleeping on my stomach. Now I sleep every night on my stomach! *Fibrocystic Breast issues reversing! Almost all gone after 6 years of buildup! *no cravings unless they are for meat *no more angina symptoms before a period- which started about 3 years ago. *No more feeling weak like almost passing out and dizzy around ovulation and periods when walking around. * no more fingers swelling- that started a few years ago- rings kept being tight- is pattern I noticed. One ring I had resized larger and it’s super loose now. Will have to resize smaller. *feel stronger- now lifting barbells not just hands weights. Dr. Baker said since I am 46, and 5’7” at 122lbs- need more resistance training to add more muscle weight. . So bought a 47lb barbell off Amazon and have 40 extra pounds added to it. Will continue to progress with that. *Before carnivore- i had started growing grey hairs in one of my eyebrows, few hairs at a time, but no grey in my blonde hair yet - but assumed it was coming. Now on carnivore I have had no new grey hairs growing in eye brows and still no grey hair in my natural blonde hair. And in the sun it gets super light highlights. * no more body odor! * I used to get a little anxiety with large crowds- like if attending special events- but since on carnivore I don’t get it that much. *I was a bit OCD before carnivore, but so much more relaxed so barely like that. * I was a relaxed person before, but somehow am even more relaxed and never stress about things. *Since I was a young child my sense of smell has been terrible. But not even a month in on carnivore my sense of smell has gone crazy! I smell things even far away! Amazing! *no more allergies! I was allergic to cedar and oak pollens- and mold- but since carnivore I am no longer reacting to those outdoor pollens which is amazing! * I have had no more issues from ear wax build up. Had it twice after having kids and docs would say it was a hormonal problem. Carnivore cured that too! *Veins in my arms look healthier. They were almost invisible before. *Legs no longer hurt on longer road trips or plane rides! *I used to get a popping sounds in my right shoulder when lifting weights. Was probably a pulled ligament. That is now gone! *I have been lactose intolerant since I was a kid, and I feel my nails are a bit stronger than before. They do break if I catch them on things but I feel they are getting stronger on carnivore. *My teeth look more white on carnivore. *My blood pressure has improved on carnivore. 6 years before carnivore up to starting carnivore my blood pressure was increasing. Now on carnivore it is back to normal like when I was younger. Last reading it was 100/75 which is awesome! *i used to get eye twitches in my eye lids, but that is gone. * at times when trying to fall asleep I would close my eyes and at times felt dizzy like falling feeling or spinning. But haven’t has that since I have been on carnivore for 11 months. *the skin on the heals of my feet are no longer cracked and dry! (Newest update added!) *when laying still in bed to fall asleep at times I would feel dizzy or feel like I was falling through the mattress a bit. I would be laying still and get that suddenly. Felt weird and made it hard to fall asleep. Never diagnosed with vertigo, but it may have been that. I no longer have that since I have been carnivore, which is nice! *little leak from sneezing or coughing that ladies get from estrogen dominance is gone on carnivore! Hormones balanced so no more estrogen dominance! If I think of anything else will add. ☺️👍🏻 I know when people go on carnivore they are trying to heal something, but if they aren’t like me and notice small things- they may not notice they are healing way more than they realized- things plant foods were causing! And they need to remember, processed foods are made from plants- but so are whole foods (raw or cooked!) they are all toxic! The carnivore diet cures! ☺️👌🏻 The body is a network made of multiple gears- and if one gets messed up it causes a whole domino affect of problems like I had! The carnivore lifestyle is not a fad, it’s the ancestral human way of eating! Go Carnivore for a few months and see how you feel! ☺️👍🏻

The Lord has lead me to Keto, and am now leaning more into Ketovore/Carnivore with many meals. My pastor's wife has been helping me as well. Was diagnosed as pre-diabetic, and also need to lose weight to help with knees/hips and blood pressure. A1C/glucose is coming down , acid reflux gone, and weight is coming off. Best of all, cravings are much less. Praise the Lord Jesus, thanks for your videos on this topic.

My husband survived stage 4 cancer and was then dx’d as pre-diabetic. We eat healthy so I introduced intermittent fasting and his weight fell off and his labs corrected. But I’m stalling in my weight loss and am very interested in carnivore. So it would be very nice to see what your type of eating schedule and meals look like. Thanks!

Hey life, My husband is also addicted but he is starting to come around cause he sees my problems being cured. I have to keep reminding him that I asked God to help us get healthy and God answered my prayer. i went Keto first and lost 35 pounds. then I went carnivore about a month ago and got down to 135. and a few more things went away. I just keep getting better. I let him know everyday how i am feeling and i pray for him everyday. I know what it feels like to be addicted to sugar and breads. I believe God used that to teach me to go to him for help everyday. My cravings are almost gone now. when I get a craving for something I start thinking about all of the blessings He has given me, that craving just seems to go away when I think of Him and put my mind on Him. It becomes easier when I remember to eat enough to get full. For now, I make my meat and his and ask him to eat that first and then give him something that's not too bad for him. I am increasing the meat very slowly. I think he is starting to feel better also.I keep reminding him how much I love him and want us both to live a long healthy life together.

Ok, all new to carnivore! If you do intermittent fasting to break a weight loss stall- time of day you fast is the key! I experimented with fasting 18 hours / 6hour eating window. The only time to fast that worked was to eat at 5am before work, eat my second meal around 11am/12am, then I fasted remainder of the day drinking just plain distilled water. I don’t drink coffee, no tea, no dairy. Mainly just beef, eggs, barely dark meat chicken, barely any salmon, barely any pork. Try eating your meals between 5am-12am, then fast after lunch till next morning! It will break a stall! And worst case eat omad at around 5am and don’t eat to the next morning! It works!

Thank you so much for sharing! I use bright line eating and have seen the same five benefits, even though there is plenty of plant-based food in my diet. I think the critical changes are eliminating processed foods and sugar and reducing the frequency of eating. Once the weight comes off, our hormones balance out. I have lost 25 lb, "cured" my PCOS, and increased my energy. My hair and nails grow better and my skin is softer. I feel free from food addiction and no longer obsess about what I'm going to eat next. I too look forward to my eggs! When we eat the food God gave us, our bodies flourish!

I don’t see how eating only meat would be a good thing. What I think about is how God said in the beginning that he gave us seed bearing plants and fruit from trees for food. Later he said we could have meat but why cut out the veggies and fruit? Maybe it’s the processed foods containing sugar and junk that you don’t eat now that is helping. 🤷‍♀️ I just hope that long term it doesn’t harm you. Do you eat organic meat products?

My big plus when I began carnivore was the absence of symptoms and discomfort of Gerd and IBS, that I was on multiple prescriptions for, also I’ve not had a single episode of constipation which fiber gave no relief, almost controlled me.

I went plant based... and it only left me gaining weight, super inflamed, and not feeling great. I started noticing that many plant based foods I was eating (including pure, organic fruits. and vegetables) were causing a lot of inflammation. Trying this literally erased all of that.. but then deeper/long term benefits started happening and that's when I was completely sold! :) And I wasn't eating processed foods/sugar before carnivore. So I truly did see going from plant based with some meat to no plants all meat (both with no sugar/excess processed things/etc..) HUGE difference. :)

Oh my goodness, you, ma'am are on a roll for me this morning (this is about the 3rd or 4th video of yours I've listened to while prepping food for the week). This was soon helpful...Thank You!!! I've been struggling with health issues since I was 15 (really all my life but they weren't noticed til I got sick sick- 2 weeks in the hospital + in and out of docs every couple weeks- at 15). They never figured out what was wrong back then and I've had symptoms since. The biggest symptoms have always been abdominal pain and chest pain/palpitations. In the last year I've finally gotten a few dx (thyroid disease/ low thyroid, my cortisol is as low as it can be, NAFLD, gastroparesis, bradycardia and orthostatic hypotension). I've always taken a natural and holistic approach to healing/managing ailments... this has made the medical/health journey a bit difficult. I've already done a bunch of elimination diets/pseudo elimination diets (low fodmap, AIP) and lately have been considering carnivore /keto- carnivore to see if it helps. Hearing you speak on it has been extremely helpful.(Also, a big fan of Dr. Ken berry's content - super helpful but had been looking for some personal accts with it, not just the medical/scientific info of it)

🥩 I'd love to know more about the costs of carnivore vs other diets! My husband and I did keto for awhile and felt great. We're interested in trying carnivore however finances are tight and we have a family of 5, so we tend to eat the cheapest meats (pork & poultry) But i know we would eat less, and need fewer ingredients, so I'm curious if the costs balance out

It's confusing I've been attracted to the Blue Zone living. Less dementia and more longevity and cheaper. The phrase "eating foods without a face" resonates with me. However the 80s book Eat Right For Your Blood Type indicated what works for one is not great for another. Thanks for your work!

OH YESS!!! i found carnivore by praying to God for a way to get healthy, cause I was sick of just getting fatter and sicker every day. I just knew if I asked Him he would show me, cause that's what the Bible said. "Ask and you shall receive". my GOD is AWESOME!!! I want to tell everyone about it. it"s almost like being born again, again. It affects everything in my life. I am becoming a better follower of Jesus by learning to do what He wants me to do. It"s the most exciting thing to know God is helping me every day. As I keep seeking His will for my life ( reading His WORD), He speaks to me every morning.Thank you so much for sharing your story. God bless you and your family!

I have been carnivore for over two years. I couldn’t imagine going back. We have 6 children all of them eat carnivore also. On Sundays I’ll do biscuits with their bacon and eggs and after church we will have something like chili. Sometimes sundays will be 100% carnivore sometimes they are not Sunday lunches are a special time I love eating with family. I grew up in the south so on Sundays chicken and dumplings and all that stuff were always on the menu. And since we are so strict during the week I let them have a day to maybe eat some bread or something that’s not 100% carnivore.

My husband and I started carnivore last year in July and had the same great benefits. We’ve added a few non carnivore items at times and can tell the difference like you said and we just cut those back out. But it’s been a game changer for sure! I even cut out coffee for a bit and I LOVE coffee and then started drinking it again and sadly it’s not the same. I get pains throughout my body now drinking coffee and feel so much better without it. So weird. I recommend carnivore to all, the best is the hormones balancing ☺️

Hi I'm new here and immediately find this a difficult topic🤣🤣 I have been trying to follow a vegetarian/vegan diet for years because I think that the way we now treat all the animals in the factory farm, God really does not approve of this. Thank you so much for sharing. I’ve been learning about carnivore in the past year and K like what I see. I’ve dabbled but have not fully committed to carnivore just yet. I know that when I do a more carnivorous diet I feel better and satiated longer. My question is with regards to the children. I have two teenaged daughters and I wonder if there are any concerns with eating only once or twice a day with their growing needs. I’d love to learn more about this.

We keep stuff available for our kids outside of our main meal. Sometimes they are hungry out of that-- and they do eat more! Often, they are satisfied off of what they're eating. :)

I'm 62 years old now and I wish I had known that a diet like this could have helped endometriosis. I suffered from severe horrific menstrual pain from the age of 13 to 33 years old when I finally had a surgery to excise the endometriosis and not just laser it. I add a total of five or six laser surgeries plus the one that ended up helping me the most, but I still had pain that I needed to take mild painkillers in an herbal product for called cramp bark! The pain was so severe that I was in the emergency room more than once and it changed my life because I could never plan anything on those days and it changed even my choice of . It also affected the fact that I was married so late in life and never had children. I was also on one hormone after another for for seven or eight years that I'm sure still affects me today. I also suffered severe acne my entire adult life and I still have issues with skin problems all of us mad at me anymore I believe it's all illnesses from Satan so women in that kind of difficult life. I'm so glad you found something that helps you!

I am so glad I found a Christ follower that eats carnivore. I do carnivore and have had amazing results.I have a question to ask, and dont mean to sound stupid. If we were meant to, in the beginning (according to the bible) to eat fruits and veges, why is the carnivore diet so good for us ? Why didnt God say for us to do so ? Hope that makes sense.

Recurring breast C two years ago this December with not clear margins. Before I knew better, I had radiation which I now understand causes cancer later on. The radiation causes changes in the DNA. I first went with a vegan all raw program with lots of carrot juicing. I was just too tired all the time. I believe that God then led me to Carnivore. I now feel so great and have energy! It would be wonderful if there was someone to just do a carnivore you tube group for those using carnivore to heal. Once in a while I find a comment from someone doing just that. I have said this before- but I truly feel that colon cancer is NOT silent at all! Our bodies are warning us up to that point in stages when people eat plant based foods, processed or whole (raw or cooked) - doesn’t matter which type you digest- does the same to your colon! These are stages that our colon warns us that we are damaging it before we hit colon cancer: Stage 1: IBS symptoms- (Cramping, gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, extended bellies!) Stage 2 if you ignore stage one: Diverticulitis, diverticulosis, crones, celiac, ulcers, polyps, leaky gut, lactose, and so on. Stage 3: colon cancer! We need to be listening to our bodies! Doctors say it’s normal to have IBS- but NO it is not! It’s not normal at all- it is a warning that if we ignore, our guts will get damaged over time! There is no silence with colon cancer- your body has done so much to warn you but you just didn’t listen! Remove plants from your diet and go the human ancestral way of eating- the carnivore lifestyle! It is not a fad- it’s is the human way of eating!

I've been doing carnivore for 6 months, before that, I ate very healthy, basically vegetables and meat, nuts and an occasional whole wheat bread or whole grain pasta. I had high blood pressure, PCOS, lipedema, arthritis, sleep apnea and premenopausal, none of that got better in the 3+ years I was eating healthy, plus I was 80 lbs overweight, and that wasn't budging. When I started carnivore, all those things not only got better but we're cured and I've lost 75 lbs. God didn't give us the vegetables we have today, they are all man made and unhealthy.

@sassyanne88 same goes for meats. They arent what God provided, the meat wasn't vaccinated, there was no hormones nor antibiotics in God's animals for eating and it's VERY EXPENSIVE to eat meats without the pharmekia in it

God gave us veggies but man has taken over them. They have very little nutrients. You know that. They also have oxalates which can really damage a lot of people. I literally have to put on stretchy pants after eating greens because my stomach bloats so bad and I'm in pain for hours after I eat them. I have better blood work, my fatty liver is de-fatting (not a word, I know) I sleep better, my inflammation which is a big part of why I eat carnivore, is down. Stop believing in the government. They lie. Remember, Kamala says they want to lower the population. Killing us is a thing. Maybe do some research on the Proper human diet before thinking it's crazy.

@@sassyanne88I agree when you say God didn‘t give us the veggies we have today, but I think the same applies for the animals/meat we can buy in the shops. All industrial agriculture is man-made and mostly unhealthy. These sausages in the intro are man-made and unhealthy, at least in my eyes …

I wish I could eat like this but I have never liked meat much, I could easily be a vegetarian. I like a burger here and there and chicken but that is it. The texture of a steak grossed me out. I gave up pork (used to only eat burnt sausage) so I could never do it. Wish I could because it looks much healthier. Bad news though the NWO order says no meat for you oh and don’t breathe because you produce carbon 🙄 true though they want to starve us out, I suppose that maybe off topic.
