100lyric, kudos on your videos; have been very helpful. I would like to request if it is possible to have 259 FA 12 PK EQs Part 2 loaded. I have had quiet a time trying to keep up with some unclear sequences. Other than that, thank you for your effort. BTW, I guess I missed your answer to the question, what sort of software do you use during your presentations, the one with the palette of colored pen?!

why its LD and not just the D in the 2 Q

The second equation there is something wrong with it the loading dose you said its equal to cp*cl/f then you used vd instead of cl ??

I also get confused. in your other video you said, Cp*Cl/F for loading dose but here u used Vd instead of Cl?

Loading dose = (Vd*Cp)/F Maintenace Dose = (Cl*Cp)/F

Need: Steady dose 12hr÷half-life 6=2× 3mg/hr=6mg /hr half-life 6hrs ×2mg=12mg/hr steady dose Need: steady dose =12mg/hr × Vd 10=120mg (A)

DA needed: LD Steady dose =20mcg/L conversion 20mg/1000mcg=2mg Vd=300L F=0.5 2mg/100 × 300L ×1/0.5=600/50=12mgLD
