Hello Friends :)
Thank you for joining me for today's strong and creative vinyasa yoga practice focusing on backbends, and all around strength and flexibility. We will be using the breath as our guide and anchor to move from posture to posture fluidly. Today's challenges include pistol squats, crow pose, wheel pose and tricky balancing movements requiring your complete focus and awareness.

It is never disappointed to flow with you Emilie. But a lot of your intermediate level yoga I have to stop for a while 🥲 coz I just realised Im in pregnancy. Definitely come back to all those videos for my more stable trimester. Always support you 😘

Loved this thank you! Not sure if you get this question often haha, but what kind of underwear do you usually wear with yoga pants? Any recommendations on types colors brands etc would be greatly appreciated ❤happy 4th!

Its very possible 😅 it happens from time to time, i also confuse left/right and knees/elbows 🙈 its to make sure you pay attention haha
