It's essential when you're training at level. I remember reading that Salazar slept only around 7-1/2 hr/night when he was running for Oregon and thinking that wasn't nearly enough, considering the intensity and volume of his training. As it turns out, it wasn't.

Sleep is a very valuable part of elite athletes' training regimen

The combination of night owl + 10-12 hours sleep seems incompatible with best time to run is "first thing in the morning"...unless her "morning" starts at 2pm.

I bet Atlas and Boston are hoping for a new addition to the Linden fam: New York the pug!
@JDMimeTHEFIRST3 жыл бұрын
Why would anyone get a pug? The poor things can’t breathe. That’s the opposite dog of what a runner would get. Chihuahuas are healthy small dogs (with snouts). They are so quiet and don’t snore. They live to 20 years old.

I tried to buy brooks but the seller was so rude to me I went with Asics. It’s insane that the company doesn’t care a rats ass about capturing a massively growing market... I mean forget premium customer service, brooks in India is a fucking joke. I’ve seen better behavior from bike mechanics

If you ran, you would know. They should have a recycling programs for running shoes though. I tried to contact one and never heard back.
