I remember hitting a mile on average 7:30 minutes without any thought about it up until about 10 years ago when I stopped. His time is superb and also told me I was doing really well and never thought about it to notice. *I'm starting to see some insane athletes rising on instagram that are going to be major guys in pro sports that undoubtedly, have been inspired and taught by the last 10 years of athletes like Pete and a couple dozen others a mass amount of us have all followed.* Social media has changed once again, and now we're all bumping into one another on these popular channels and accounts. *When this happened 20 years ago though...oh man you just never know!*

Hella inspirational thanks for this Pete!

Athletes like him and Andrew Clayton are super impressive to me. It is challenging enough to hit individual strength, speed or endurance goals. The training to nail all 3 is unreal.

@sothis1448 Crossfit is decent for all around fitness, but it's a far cry from being a great runner and having a big total.
@sothis1448 Жыл бұрын
@@LEADitOUT That's exactly what they're great at, lifting big weights and running long and fast.
@LEADitOUT Жыл бұрын
@sothis1448 there are very few crossfitters, even at the highest level, who lift what I'd consider "big weight". Regardless, they do tend to be well rounded, but the ones I am referring to are at a higher level

@JkK-pu9nt in Andrew Clayton's case, he is a pretty solid strongman, that happens to be a beast of a runner for his size

I don’t understand why everyone thinks you need to supplement with creatine. Are people avoiding eating red meat for some reason?
@PeteRubish Жыл бұрын
I eat red meat, but they may just want to get a higher dosage. I did notice a significant strength uptick on creatine even while eating a pound of beef every day
@ChadCilli Жыл бұрын
@@PeteRubish that makes sense since beef is high in creatine. Once you reach 100% saturation, there’s no reason or need to supplement further. So, as I tell people, if you’re eating beef for your protein source, you’re getting enough creatine from your food that you don’t need to supplement with it. I think that’s why Stan’s vertical diet works so well too. Beef is loaded with tons of micronutrients.
