I think that I liked the bigger version of you with enormous traps and insane inner drive/motivation. But now I admire the strength you have to let all these in the past and shift to a new person. The old days I saw will power and strength in your body, now I see even more willpower and strength in your soul but not roided muscles. The unfortunate thing is that to have views you need a certain look, the old look, the ''bad@ss'' look but who cares for the views. The body fades away but the soul remains. So the real strength lies in there. What a beast you are Pete.

I would disagree on considering arching the back at the top as this is leveraging the weight up counterbalancing with the torso center of mass. This is particularly what some advocate on sumo. You can always then move the head forward to be straight as this is lowering the weight under gravity anyway which is where the weight wants to go.
@donaldkasper8346Ай бұрын
Yanking the bar on the lift up without pulling tension out of the bar causes a built-in pause at the start of the lift which thwarts the lift.
@donaldkasper8346Ай бұрын
Correct, "put tension in you lats" has no meaning about how to do it.
@donaldkasper8346Ай бұрын
Not dragging the shines on the way up and the head down pulls you forward is only on this video. No one else has this advice.

I've been stuck at 315lbs for way too long. I squat very narrow and mid-bar. I'll try a wider stance + low-bar.

Crazy pumps, crazy strength and muscle gains on a 25mg morning+25mg afternoon. 50mg its enough dose in my opinion, gains were on point. I didnt suffered any side effect which im thankful for. Would do it again? Definately maybe later onn

The gym is one place you will definitely get out what you put in and that’s one of the things I’ve always loved about working out with weights.

both pete and george leeman are still capable of yanking over 500 kilos at the world deadlift championships if they were dedicated and at ~400+ lbs bodyweights. i think the door will be open for them with mostly ease at least speaking for at least the next ~10 years or so. i'm not trying to encourage, i'm just stating a fact. they are both very sharp conventional pullers with their own unique strengths and weaknesses in the pull but my claim is coming from the base of their mind. they have the mind and curiosity for improving in the deadlift continuously without getting gassed out from it

I don't get why...I squat high-bar, and switching to low-bar does almost nothing for my squat...it's as if the bar placement has no impact whatsoever on my mechanics and/or my poundages. I'm not sure why.
@BydeyАй бұрын
It absolutely should. You should instantly feel a difference, and if you aren't, you're probably trying to replicate a high bar form with a mid bar squat. The first day I low bar squatted my doms instantly changed from my hamstrings to my quads. It was pretty insane for me, but everyone is different.
@fluorophoremusic3679Ай бұрын
@@Bydey It's so weird..I even exaggerated how low I place the bar. I even put on flat sole wrestling shoes to encourage more of a forward lean and breaking at the hip first. All it did was make the squat exponentially more difficult for me, as well as very awkward. All things on paper would make it seem the low-bar squat is much better for my body type, as I have a short torso and noticeably long legs/femurs. Yet, a high-bar squat buried with a break at the knees first and sort of a bounce INTO my knees at the bottom yields a much easier squat for me and a more confident squat.

I get nothing from Anavar but stamina. No Strength gains. May try Anadrol. Can Primo or Masteron mitigate the gyno chances from doing Anadrol?

I respect you dude. I’ve taken steroids too and some other meds from a doctor for mental health issues. I fucked myself up pretty bad. I have a brain tumor so I can’t come off test without having nonexistent test levels. I wish I could come off and fully recover but now I’m basically on Trt for life.
