I also love the third house design even though it's not an open floor plan it does flow nicely. I love the cloaed in porch area off the kitchen which is great for an overflow seating option for those holiday gatherings. Love the outside look as well. Nice looking kitchen as well as the bathrooms. I really like the window seating area in the second bath. The only thing missing is a third bedroom to turn into an office.

I love the rustic rocks on the outside you shouldn't complain have ever Pais a Mason to install rocks on you home it's ten more money and they often need resetting losen rocks

Why is there sooo much negativity here about the designs!?! Take the ideas and create your own!!! Be thankful that this entity is not selfish and wishes to share what can be done. Grab some graph paper and lets see what you can do. I'm working a with 40x40sf and their are somewhat smaller. I've gained so much insight as to what can be done. Use your brain for more!

Real rock on front of house would be classier. And don't put tacky fake rocks around the fireplace. Storage and hooks at the entrance is a colossal waste of space.
