I like the front porch, the steep roof, both bedrooms have large closets and two doors to the side deck. I don't use a dryer or a dishwasher, so I'd get rid of them and add an electric fireplace to living room. I like the kitchen having the glass cupboard, I could see dishes stored there. All in all, it's a good plan and looks like a pleasant home.

Don't know about other folks but a screen in porch would be nice. We have flies, mosquitoes and gnats. We use on open porches big fans, ceiling fans. Place is nice

The kitchen is a bit small for someone who cooks, though there's space for a wheeled island, and one of the hall closets could be used for pantry purposes. Although one bathroom would be deemed adequate, I'd opt for a half-bath somewhere.

It’s lovely, but there’s no fireplace and the kitchen and dining room are bigger than the sitting room, surely the washer/dryer could have been incorporated into the kitchen and made the sitting room bigger? If I was ever to build this ( which I’d never be able to do) I’d put a fire with a back boiler for heating radiators and get rid of the laundry room to have a bigger sitting room!

i don't care for the wall between the dining area and the living room. Open floor plans are best in a small home. I prefer small homes but like them more open.
