First - HOW is Tricia 50 years old?!!!! My Soror looks INCREDIBLE!!! More importantly - Les, thank you so much for always bringing such wise and transparent guests on. You create such a wonderful space for everyone to share so freely!

LOVED this episode so much. “It is important to me to create beautiful work”. I too have GREAT PRIDE in WHAT I do and HOW I do it while praying and preparing for a pivot. “I owe it to myself to be invaluable in any environment where I work” will be my motto while fighting back!

Whew. This was amazing. I see a lot of myself in this. I love that she puts things to words that I’ve literally experienced and gone through all my life. I’m finally at a point in my life where I am confident in all the things i took am particular about. So so freeing. Thank you! 💛
