2:45 what did you plug into USB of it? WiFi? It requires you to supply your own, really? (what about compatibility) But then the internals seemed to have on-PCB antennas and sockets for external (apparently), so what's up with that.

The funny thing is the real Raspberry Pi 4 B+ was released today! 1, 2 or 4 GB RAM with Gb Ethernet and two USB 3.0 ports and two micro HDMI ports, finally power is now USB C instead of those micro B ports.

There are some reference to aprilfools and 0401, that I did not spot out at that time. But the point I was sure about the fool then, is where the processor is told to be manufactured by Phillips.

I've only seen one Pi4 vid so far, but it said the Eth was now on PCIe not USB ... so.. any pcie channel access for users? Would love to get a old gpu like 750ti or r9270x back in service gaming on a plank computer

Haha, I labled it, 'To little to late' its atleast 6 months late to the party, the new chips coming from Rockchip early 2020 is 4x A76 4x A55 with TPU ( inference engine support ) amongst other things in an 8nm SoC / Package.

Actually, I reckon it came at a good time. Any later and it would definitely have been too late. If real world performance is matching expectations, then the Pi continues it’s reign.

Looking at the Spec I think it came just in time and now the Pi is a lot more usable, will need a 4 amp PSU though.

9:48 but being ESP32 that doesn't guarantee a secure private key. The same code can be placed on 100's of those making them the same. Some of the intentional clues in your Pi 4 video were: AF0401 chip number April fools QR code April fools serial number Philips IC And the file system path That makes 5 I guess (You were pretty close with some of the specs though)

Where you been mate!, Interesting with the GPS, I have the same with a small ceramic antenna and my new metal roof no lock / nmea strings ;), the fact that you have the uFl is a win win. il take a look at the solokey myself as per Linux support.

Go check out Explaining Computers upload about it within the last 48 hours. The Atomicπ is actually the surplus stock from a failed crowd funding robot project. Basically they aren't a company/product. They are just a limited supply offloaded surplus deal. If you really want one get it fast. The hardware is far more valuable than the price of the board. No one will be able to make them again at anywhere near the same price point once they are gone.

at $100 for the Omega LTE " LTE Cat 4 modem that delivers `UP TO, if your lucky` 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink data rates." plus other required costs for proper ariels etc, plus you need a seperate monthly cost of a commercial LTE SIM , and its not like you can even make an upfront cost "free" personal WMAN/WWAN with LTE without continuously paying a commercial 3rd party ,then any far cheaper self contained generic 5v OpenWrt Pre-installed lte to usb/lte to ethernet device would be the better option today... im amazed it even got backed at that price and limitation.
