An amendment to ensure that the federal budget is balance. In addition, an amendment limiting time in Congress (both Houses) to eight years.

Can't limit the Senate to 8 years. One senate term is 6 years, so limiting it to 8 years means they do two terms but resign before they're done in the second year of their second terms

28 amendment should be, elections must be proceeded by handwriting approval in paper form with voter ID and 1 day national election day.

28th amendment would be no brainwashing in the school system and teach the kids the Constitution from kindergarten on up

28th no dare program no cops in schools because all they're teaching the kids is they have to comply and they don't. Replace the program with your ideas. Teach them Terry versus Ohio. We need you in the school system it's an emergency that you bring this up

You can also make a kid's Constitution book. So they can understand what those big words mean! There has nothing to do with drug use nothing it has to do with resetting these children's mind. And there has been many of resets you know that
