Part 1 : Energy 0:40 - 5:42
Part 2: Strength 5:43 - 14:21
Part 3: Stretching 14:22 - 19:12
Part 4: Breath and Meditation 19:20 - 27:33
*Remember to always rest whenever needed. Practice remaining as calm and present as you can so you can make the workout into a movement meditation. Anytime when your mind begins to wander, bring your attention to your breath.
