You guys are going to love this Flow training workout! This is a total body workout that includes opening up the chakras and energy centers in the body along with stretching, breathing and ends with a beautiful meditation by Mei-lan Maurits with the song " Pure Heart"
The Workout:
Part 1 : Energy 0:40 - 5:42
Part 2: Strength 5:43 - 14:21
Part 3: Stretching 14:22 - 19:12
Part 4: Breath and Meditation 19:20 - 27:33
*Remember to always rest whenever needed. Practice remaining as calm and present as you can so you can make the workout into a movement meditation. Anytime when your mind begins to wander, bring your attention to your breath.

In my early adult life (17-24) I used to do lots of sport and I explored many well being activities, I did kung fu, tai chi, climbing, dance improv and meditation. Because of some life circumstances I nearly stopped working out for 10 years. I’m 33 now, and decided that 2024 will be the year I get back into my body. I have been looking for workouts on KZbin, followed many of them but I wasn’t fully satisfied until today. This routine speaks to me on another level, it has everything I wanted in it. Special kudos for including the tapping, pressure points, face exercises and meditation in the end. It’s rare to find something this wholesome. And most importantly I feel amazing afterwards, strong and at peace within myself. I even had twice an urge of crying, I could feel my emotions coming out, first time happened during the punching, and second while joining hands to say thank you in the end. This routine has it all for me. Very powerful, my deepest gratitude for this video! 🙏❤️‍🔥

Been doing this for 2 weeks now. Started off with knee push up and now I can finish session with full push ups.. I will continue to do 1-2 times per day. Good for anyone that is working.. short and easy to be consistent. Thanks a million mike. From someone that stopped training for 5 years now. 🙏

Beautiful balanced training for health & wellbeing. I slowed down the play speed to 0.75 for the training section to give me time to adapt & adjust the exercises, using chairs to support me in a push up/ elevated dip position & chair squats - which felt less taxing on the knee and elbow joints 🙏 🦵 For the Stretches & breathing I slowed the play speed to 0.5 which gave me more time to relax & breath into the stretch & get into the zone. Mike Chang you are a super man 🙌 Keep inspiring the World Wide Web to feel free in their body & calm in their mind Peace be to all ❤

Did this workout last night and struggled to do 10 push ups. The stretching was the most challenging, I am stiff! Good stuff thanks man! 😀👍🏽💪🏽

Mike, thank you. My 11 year old, 9 year old and Myself have been doing this routine 2-3 times a week since January, (however we repeat the strength section twice) along with kettlebell routine twice a week. We are all into Martial arts, this has greatly improved stamina and focus. Thank you Sir.

I do this about 3x/week. I'm able to do about 5 knee pushups & 7 jumpsquats per cycle now! Im looking forward to one day being able to do a full push up, but for now I'm happy for what I can do. I find the pushups a bite easier to do every session.

Dear Mike, I've been following you along since your beginnings in SPS, waiting out the time for your transformed return and am happy to see you back in so much harmony. I have one single aspect though: Please leave the timer in the stretching. Coming from yoga the beeping is rather disrupting to me. I see that this routine is super balanced and all-inclusive, but it needs more calmth in the "nutritional" part, which I count stretching to. Wish you all the best and divine light on all your paths! Cheerio😉

Fantastic session mike. Flow training is the real deal. So relaxing and takes us to a higher state of mind. I can do all the moves you show at similar pace, apart for some stretching moves. The forward fold, split and sidebend stretching are impossible for me to do with full stretch even though I'm athletically build and have visible abs. Still trying hard for those! You're teaching wonderful stuff indeed. True role model🙏

thank you stayajit. keep practicing those stretches. i stretch about 7 times a day. 1 -2 sessions of 15 min or more and the others are 30 sec to 2 min. thats the "secret" that helps me be flexible

This is my first time doing flow training. Thanks so much for this, Mike. I experienced a deep emotional release, was able to work up a sweat, and on top of all that felt very relaxed and calm after meditation.

First time i try this kind of workout.. and I think this is what I need since I am not allowed to lift weights anymore due to my cervical radiculopathy. And Mike, on meditation section.. I didnt know why but suddenly tears came out from my eyes, all of sudden I wanted to cry without any reasons, seemed like I have lots of emotions inside. But after the meditation is finished i feel instant relief and calmer. Thank you Mike, i will try to do the training everyday❤

my feedback dear Mike: The music has improved. There are nice additions like the drums and also that you ask your friend Mei-Lan for more cooperation will expand. More videos like this one in the style with changed duration is the best opt I guess. So you are in the advantage of going on with great videos while there are no people around atm. Not sure who did create it for you or if you manage to do it all by your own if yes you have studied a lot how to improve with video creation in the newest time. To me this is a wonderful possibility: Now everybody that was just looking for something that looks beautiful at first glance is going to click. Then you reach people who are hunting beautiful experience as well as those who study the flow. After a time each one is going to be sure that the flow is the most beautiful. It goes on and there are nice experiences in it. :)

thank you for the kind words Heimdall. I really really appreciate it. i actually edited the whole thing myself. Im very new to using adobe premeire pro but luckily my good friend james helped me when I got stuck on how to do something. This video took me 5 days to put together bc I was learning the software at the same time and kept making mistakes. plus the program crashed on me 3 times during the process. That being said, i feel it was all worth it bc i learned alot and i was able to bring something like this (that i never personally edited) to you guys. More coming soon, currently working on a new edit to brush up more of my editing skills lol. And yes, your absolutey right on the fact that nobody has combined a practice like this and also in a nice edited way. Thanks for your feedback and encouragement!!
