How should you adjust the stepper?

Hi there! There is a red knob on the front of the stepper that will allow you to adjust the resistance.

I just started using the stepper machine at the gym. I’m slowly growing my stamina. It does tell you how much endurance you have and it’s eye opening. Love the progress I’m making. Your video is encouraging
