I just got mine and it feels like theres no resitance. The steps barely move and the knob is as tight as it will go.

@@crystal_luvbug Hello . Mine was stuck too and I just figured it out myself. You need to tighten the knob more to almost the last of it then it will start reading. I have the black one so my knob is blue. Hope this helps

This stepper is not for women. The feet are too far from each other. I had to return it.
