i been doing 1200 steps on it a day. But i tend to do 100 every 20 mins. But since i watched this, and breating techniqes ! i added another 500 on my 1200 ! i forget breathing and warming up is important.

First of all, you look great! This is exactly the training that I need as a beginner! I am glad that I have found Your video and channel. Just bought an old-school metal stepper same built as yours, without bands. I expect a good development in my calf muscles, which in course will help ease my troubled feet. I just got a stepper . My main goal is to lose my stomach and legs. If I was to do this daily would I achieve this goal on top of losing inches? So I need to do any other workout ? Like treadmill or CrossFit ? When I work out I gain muscle and I scale goes up. I love to just lose inches and waist abs stomach and legs
