This is my first VLOG about Dubai’s Real Estate and property market. I was visiting the new and upcoming Address JBR project which is due for completion in Dec 2020 and visiting the soon to be handed over W Residences at the Palm Jumeirah Island. Both projects are on the beach and have a hotel connected to the Residences. Both have excellent locations and great for investing into the luxury segment of Dubai’s real estate market.

For a vlog you are trying to do, there are parts (2:30) where you could invest a couple of bucks into a windscreen. Uncontrolled, wind noise and mic gain from enviromental sound can render audio useless and there is no way to repair the damage in post-production. Adding a furry softie or zeppelin-style windshield, will lower the wind db significantly and you'll sound more pleasant.

That’s for the local You will be wasting your time and renting an apartment like this or even buying it as sooner or later your time will be up in Dubai. You don’t get to live there indefinitely. The main drawback in Dubai but apart from that everything is fabulous about the vlog

No that isn't for the local. Most locals aren't even able to afford apartments like that, they live in cheap villas secluded from the rest of the national population. And even the wealthy locals don't usually apartments like this, they opt for large villas in exclusive compounds where just other locals live. This kind of apartment will attract wealthy expats or affluent individuals who just want to buy a property like this as a holiday home

This is crazy !!! i can build 2 towers in Ajman with this amount (City near Dubai) and each tower will have 100 flat with a yearly income of AED. 2,500,000. Total of AED.5,000,000 yearly income.

Ha ha Farooq, 😂, Springfield, I love that as a company name. This is really an awesome apartment. I like that it is located in a flat building and not in a skyscraper. Love Dubai and the Emirates. But one thing I would like to see more when they build all this luxury Apartments . More arabian interior design. I.e. like the interior of the Zabeel Saray . By the way the designer is from Italy 😉.
