Hi AMY! This is a AMAZING active recovery workout with the pilates cardio and mobility that much needed after working out with u yesterday. My muscles are SORE but I'm feeling much better and YES I WORKED UP A SWEAT! GREAT FORMAT. THANK-U AMY!

Double Thursday for me, first the super-set upper body and then this one, so now im really feeling the burn and tiredness in my muscles! Loooove this feeling!!! Great workouts!

You're so right! This wasn't what I was expecting. I did this workout in my husbands fleece pj's and a large sleep shirt..I'm dripping sweat! 🥵 But I feel ready for the day. 💪

I love it...I got flu last week and I am unable to do calendar workout cause I am still recovering. This was sweaty but not too sweaty and get my heart pumping too but not too much. Thank you Amy ❤ you are my favorite personal trainer 😊

I've come to love Thursday's workouts and this did not disappoint!! I woke up sore and tight in the hips and hit play even though CARDIO was in the title🤣. Thanks as always Amy for knowing what I need whether I know if or not!😁

Yikes! That was a lot harder than I expected! I don't know if I was also tired from yesterdays workout but it worked me hard and it feels good! Sweat in the eyes... 🙂

This is your low impact cardio pilates workout! In this workout we are going to get some low impact cardio, we'll get some mobility, and flexibility. This is a good active recovery that you can take up or take down depending on what you need. We're going to get a good sweat and we're going to leave feeling good! Are you ready? Let's do it!

I did this workout because I have a bad cold and didn't feel strong enough to do today's workout but I'm not sick enough to be in bed and not work out at all (thank God). This was perfect!

Gonna do this after I do the FitbyMik full body sculpt workout she released yesterday. Haha I'm still feeling sore from your Tuesday cardio sweat workout. I'm gonna need some mobility after doing that workout and the Sculpt workout. Glad you offered a plank modification too because the FitbyMik sculpt workout already has plank rotations so I didn't need to do that floor move again. Btw, love the email newsletter you and Vivian put out. Really enjoy reading it. I learn so much!

This was a sneaky challenge! I love the barre style with the arms because even though I’m sure I don’t look like an elegant dancer I feel like one 😂 That transverse side lunge combo move had my brain working!
