I love it...I got flu last week and I am unable to do calendar workout cause I am still recovering. This was sweaty but not too sweaty and get my heart pumping too but not too much. Thank you Amy ❤ you are my favorite personal trainer 😊

This is your low impact cardio pilates workout! In this workout we are going to get some low impact cardio, we'll get some mobility, and flexibility. Gonna do this after I do the FitbyMik full body sculpt workout she released yesterday. Haha I'm still feeling sore from your Tuesday cardio sweat workout. I'm gonna need some mobility after doing that workout and the Sculpt workout. Glad you offered a plank modification too because the FitbyMik sculpt workout already has plank rotations so I didn't need to do that floor move again. Btw, love the email newsletter you and Vivian put out. Really enjoy reading it. I learn so much!
