Yes, a no repeat tabata! This heart pumping bodyweight cardio workout uses traditional tabata intervals of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, in 4 minute rounds, but mixing it up each round!

Two years ago I tried losing weight to get rid of my dad bod. There was a website that I used to help set a goal for myself. When I reached my goal I still pretty much looked the same and I 've been disillusioned ever since.☹️.

@@joelaguirre478 if you didn't change your diet or do any specific workouts that targeted your dad bod then that's why you didn't see results. Also, after losing over 175 lbs myself( went from 315 to 140), I know you have to put the time and energy into working out and up your intensity. If you didn't do at least 6 days a week, and at least an hr of workouts a day, and change your diet, you won't see results. 30 mins a day of exercise and a crappy diet won't cut it. Genetics and medical conditions unfortunately will play a role in the finished results also.

@@boomchicaboomboom I did change my diet but I didn't want to give up eating or rice or meat rice which was frustrating for me. Meat packaging doesn't have calories listed which is frustrating. I don't know how to make sure cooking oil doesn't prevent a caloric deficit. I don't know how to measure meat and accurately input it on my fitness pal. It's frustrating to measure uncooked meat and avoid getting bacteria on the food scale. I don't want to give up rice or meat and as result there are no diets that I like. All of them exclude 1 or the other. It enrages me.
