I normally don't like the Pilates workouts, but with the combination of cardio today, I really enjoyed it!

I liked this workout! I was able to do the lower body moves without pain and take up the cardio intensity while getting some mobility.

Get your heart rate up without jumping with Pilates and Barre inspired standing cardio, while also getting strength, mobility and flexibility!

I love how these traditional Pilates moves are meshed with cardio formats!!! This workout is so much fun and sweaty while we are toning, getting our mobility and stretch in and our heart rates up!!! Fantastic workout!!!!! 😃⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐‼️

Great work out! I am 50 and in good fitness shape but I can’t do a lot of impact workouts anymore… This is perfect - definitely got my heart rate up and felt good to twist, turn and stretch through all the moves. Thank you so much!

This was great. So sweaty and low impact never means easy. Pilates and body weight is just as tough as with weights. Especially when you are moving with intention like you tell us all the time. Really enjoyed this one!!

Low impact but still intense! Perfect! Loved this one! My favorite move was the 3 pulse side lunge shuffle!

If I am honest I was super bummed when I first saw what today's workout was, but it ended up being EXACLTY WHAT I NEEDED today so THANK YOU!!!!! It was definitely harder than it looked and I feel better than I did before I started. I tend to feel like it isn't worthwhile if it isn't the most hardcore, but I also didn't have hardcore in me today. SO GOOD!

I love the stretches and mobility felt so good after being sore from our workouts this week. My ❤ rate was up and I was sweating and yes I have created a play list just for U! ALSO I love this format how u put everything together AMAZING! Thank-u for this GREAT WORKOUT AMY 💪!

I thought that my heart rate wouldn’t be up with this workout. WRONG! This was a great workout with Pilates and mobility. I am feeling really good after finishing this workout. Thank you Amy ❤️

Love the cardio-pilates fusion! This was exactly the low intensity workout with focus on movement and flexibility that I needed on my recovery day.

Sweat fest again. The low impact pilates words got me. I thought before starting: "I may need to do a 10 min cardio afterwards"...well I was wrong! this workout was enough and more than expected. I loved it! 💪🏼❤

I love almost all of your exercises and try to follow the series as best as I can. Today after doing this workout, I wanted to do an additional 10 minutes and came across your 10 minutes yoga kickbox workout and it was really good fun. It was a video you did some 5 years ago. Would you consider a full 35/40 minutes session in that format? Thank you XOXO

I had no idea what to expect but I've loved doing you kettlebell workouts and I've been doing another instructor with pilates bar and this popped up. Loved it. Definitely got sweaty! Saved to my very new playlist, thanks for the tip.

Definitely not traditional pilates but it sure worked the abs and was absolutely LIIT - which is just as cardio as HIIT.

Absolutely Loved it🤩💪❤‍🔥❤‍🔥💦💦 It was only 28 mins. long but I was sweating crazy like I do after 38 min. workouts of yours. It went fast and heart beat was up the entire time.
