I normally don't like the Pilates workouts, but with the combination of cardio today, I really enjoyed it!

I liked this workout! I was able to do the lower body moves without pain and take up the cardio intensity while getting some mobility.

I love how these traditional Pilates moves are meshed with cardio formats!!! This workout is so much fun and sweaty while we are toning, getting our mobility and stretch in and our heart rates up!!! Fantastic workout!!!!! 😃⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐‼️

This was great. So sweaty and low impact never means easy. Pilates and body weight is just as tough as with weights. Especially when you are moving with intention like you tell us all the time. Really enjoyed this one!!

If I am honest I was super bummed when I first saw what today's workout was, but it ended up being EXACLTY WHAT I NEEDED today so THANK YOU!!!!! It was definitely harder than it looked and I feel better than I did before I started. I tend to feel like it isn't worthwhile if it isn't the most hardcore, but I also didn't have hardcore in me today. SO GOOD!

Sweat fest again. The low impact pilates words got me. I thought before starting: "I may need to do a 10 min cardio afterwards"...well I was wrong! this workout was enough and more than expected. I loved it! 💪🏼❤

I love almost all of your exercises and try to follow the series as best as I can. Today after doing this workout, I wanted to do an additional 10 minutes and came across your 10 minutes yoga kickbox workout and it was really good fun. It was a video you did some 5 years ago. I was expecting more of the deep core exercises that usually go with Pilates and was a little disappointed with this one.
