Here in South Africa we do the fried bread and usually fill it with curried mincemeat or cheese and jam. Called "vetkoek" .

Would you share the make and model of the countertop oven? That ability to select elements looks very useful.

It´s just a generic countertop oven. Temperature 250°C fo around 30 minutes.

All sourdough bread was around 250°C for around 25 minutes.
