On rainy days, we experiment! We are going to be baking the same loaf of bread in 4 different ovens and see which one is the best for bread making. Sourdough Bread
Dough weight: 1000 grs
Ingredients:
• (90%) Bread Flour: 469 grs
• (10%) Whole wheat flour: 52 grs
• (70%) Water: 365 grs
• (20%) Sourdough Starter: 104 grs
• (2%) Salt: 10 grs
