I have honestly never felt so seen - this was the best explanation of fight and freeze I've seen and I realized I am, just like Abi, stuck in freeze - wanting to stay in bed, can't make decisions or think and not understanding why, but beating myself up for it. When Abi said, 'Other people can manage these things, why can't I?' - if I had a nickel for every time I asked that same question, I would be rich. Looking forward to watching more. Thank you so much for creating this - it fell into my lap right when I needed it!

As is your sermon teachings Abi 🙏🏼 I relate so much to your Church experiences. It’s not easy to hear such a Loving and more true, imo, perception of our Loving God.
